Créé en 1996, l’Institut de Management Public et Gouvernance Territoriale (IMPGT) est la seule unité de formation et de recherche en management public en France. L’IMPGT appartient au secteur droit et sciences politiques d’Aix-Marseille Université et forme les futurs managers au service de la performance des systèmes publics.

Orienté sur une approche pluridisciplinaire (droit, économie, gestion), élargie aux sciences sociales et appliquée au secteur non marchand, l’offre de formation, confortée par une recherche dynamique en management public, est ouverte aux étudiants en formations initiale et continue de la licence au master et jusqu’au doctorat.

Formant les managers du secteur public et de ses organisations sur les territoires, l’IMPGT favorise l’implication, les pratiques de travail en groupe et une ambiance de travail sérieuse et conviviale.

Les étudiants sont destinés à intégrer des structures dans plusieurs champs de spécialisations : administrations, collectivités territoriales, culture, santé, développement durable, qualité, marketing/ communication.

Established in 1996, the Institute of Public Management and Territorial Governance (IMPGT) is the only training unit and research in public management in France. The IMPGT for the law sector and Political Science of Aix-Marseille University and trains future managers in the service of the performance of public systems.
